Oh
boy, do not we ladies lucky! Not
only is yeast infectionin women are more common than men, but we also get to
enjoy them in all sorts of nasty stains! We
get them all; vaginal, skin and even breast yeast infections! Fortunately, there are things we can
do to prevent them.
Most
people associate yeast infection in women with vaginal yeast infections, but it
turns out that women often get them on other body parts as well, such as the
nipples and the breast and other body parts.
The most important
trigger of yeast
infection no more review provides the yeast already present in our bodies
are an ideal environment for growth in; any place moist and warm. So think about your body and all the
spots that tend to retain the most moisture and heat; genitals, underarms and
some even below the chest.
By making a point to keep
these parts as clean and dry as can be, cut your chances of getting yeast
infections. This is as easy as
washing the area regularly and ensure that you keep it dry even if it means
patting it with a towel or napkin several times a day. Also make sure to avoid wearing damp
or wet clothes for too long.
One
of the other common spots for yeast infection in women's nipples, though this
is usually when a woman nursing. This
happens because babies are born sterile and as soon as they have their first
exposure to yeast, they develop a yeast infection, which helps to build that
resistance to later and this usually happens in the mouth (known as Thrush). Baby transfer it then onto the mother
while nursing and the nipples 'leak' regularly and spend a lot of time inside
the baby's mouth just gives yeast the ideal moist and warm environment, we are
talking about. There is not much
you can do about this except keep it as clean and dry as possible and ride. The things we do for our babies!
